UPLB is top performing school in chemical engineering board exam

With 27 passers out of 32 takers or a passing rate of 84.38 percent, UPLB grabbed the third spot as top performing school in the October 2021 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination.

Two new chemical engineers from UPLB made it to the top 10 examinees.

Frances Elaisah De Salit took the 5th place with a rating of 82.20% while Maricar Lagrade placed 7th with a rating of 81.70%.

Out of 679 takers, 321 passed the board exam administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Lucena. (Kyle Ramiel Dalangin, with information from www.prc.gov.ph)
