UPLB is a top-performing school in CELE
UPLB ranked as the second top-performing school after garnering a 96.55% passing rate in the November 2023 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE).
Fifty-six UPLB graduates passed the November 2023 CELE that was administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.
The national passing rate in this CELE is 33.26% or 6,180 out of 18,582 takers. The exam was held in 18 cities all over the country.
