Nagoya University (NU), in cooperation with UPLB, will hold a virtual entrance ceremony to officially welcome its new batch of students under the Nagoya University Satellite program at 2-3 PM on Nov. 19.
The students will be attending the Graduate School of International Development (GSID) and Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences (GSBS) after hurdling rigorous entrance requirements and examination.
The event will also serve as a venue to report updates of the study programs of ongoing students as well as the plan for an NU Central Laboratory for UP and NU students and Faculty for Crop Sciences, Animal and Dairy Sciences, and Forestry Sciences.
The online program is going to be attended by Chancellor Jose V. Camacho, Jr., guests, donors, and representatives of partner institutions, international and national agencies, UPLB, UP System, Nagoya University, and the Japanese Embassy in Manila. (KEAraguas)
