The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) recognized UPLB for receiving a Very Satisfactory rating for its compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (EODB law).
The recognition, presented at the recent Report Card Survey (RCS) Awards Ceremony on October 30, 2024, at Conrad Manila in Pasay City, was accepted by the UPLB Chancellor Jose V. Camacho, Jr. and Vice Chancellor for Administration Rolando T. Bello.
The ARTA rating reflects UPLB’s dedication to fostering an efficient government service environment and ensuring prompt and reliable public services. It serves as a testament to the university’s continuous efforts to align its practices with the principles of the EODB law.
The ARTA’s Report Card Survey (RCS) Awards Ceremony recognizes government agencies that demonstrate outstanding and very satisfactory compliance with the EODB law standards. These standards mandate streamlined processes and improved service delivery across government agencies, setting a high standard for efficiency and transparency.
The awarding ceremony was not only a celebration of exemplary service but also a reminder of the role that government agencies and institutions play in advancing the country’s vision for streamlined, effective, and efficient governments of transparency, accessibility, and efficient public service championed by the ARTA.
