- Certificate of employment from present/previous employer and copy of detailed description of work related to the position applied for signed by proper authority (if applicant is from outside UPLB and ICS/NGW) Birth Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
- Photocopy of trainings attended (as required for the position) Other credentials to the Human Resources Development Office (HRDO)
