Specific Qualification/ Special Skills:
| Preferably with a degree in Agricultural Economics or Economics |
| Excellent oral and written communication |
| Preferably experienced in data collection, data processing and conduct of training |
| Preferably with experience on policy studies and research projects related to agricultural credit, agrarian reform and cooperatives |
| Familiar and knowledgeable on statistical programs (SPSS and Strata) |
| Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point) |
