Specific Qualification/ Special Skills:
| 1.Preferably with strong background and experience in crop physiology research 2. Willing to work on crop nutrition and molecular plant physiology 3. Has experience in preparing research proposals for external funding and research implementation 4. With scientific publications on the topics in crop physiology and/ or related topics 5. Shows strong research leadership potential |
