| MA or MS Degree | 10 years of experience in formulating research designs and/or conducting research, or as University Researcher I or II |
Specific Qualification/ Special Skills:
| Preferably a PhD graduate in Public Policy, has an experience in the supervision and implementation of research programs especially in the field of agricultural policy and food security, social policy and institutions, and water and development |
