The Human Resources Development Office (HRDO) will hold a webinar series to orient administrative support staff of UPLB on how to fill in a template guide to hire personnel under individual contracts of service or ICS.

On Aug. 24, at 9 AM-12 PM, the webinar entitled, “A Guide to Accomplishing the Template for the Submission of ICS Contracts for Processing by HRDO,” will orient participants on using the template guide  and on how to mail-merge the information on Google Sheet to create a standard contract. Around 177 administrative staff are expected to take part in the webinar. 

On Aug. 27, the first of a three-part webinar series will be held to discuss compensation and benefits of members of the Government Service Insurance System. The first webinar is the “GSIS New Employee Orientation” where employee benefits will be discussed. It will be participated in by 107 members of the faculty, REPs, and administrative personnel. Registration for this webinar is until 12 PM of Aug. 25.

All UPLB staff are expected to attend the webinar entitled “GSIS Employee Compensation Program” on Sept. 1. On Sept. 3, the “GSIS Pre-Retirement Seminar” will be conducted for all UPLB pre-retirees. Both webinars will be held at 9 AM-12 NN while the registration shall be open until Aug. 30 at 12 NN.
