OCG to present “Kalinga Kita” forum on financial self-care

The Office of Counseling and Guidance (OCG) under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVCSA) will launch Kalinga Kita, a project that aims to provide guidance on finances.

The term “Kalinga Kita” is coined from Kakalingain Kita (Caring for you) and Kalingang Kumikita (Caring that Earns). It will highlight one’s relationship with money and being financially responsible amidst the challenges brought by the pandemic.

This activity is part of OCG’s “Off the Street, On to School” extension project with the goal of providing livelihood activities and skill sets to UPLB constituents.

A series of seminar-workshops will be launched on Feb. 2 at 10 AM through video conferencing and Facebook live. (Kyle Ramiel Dalangin)
