UPLB keeps its 100% passing rate in EE exam

They may be fewer than their predecessors, but examinees on the recent batch of UPLB BS Electrical Engineering graduates have maintained the university’s track record in the Registered Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination.

All eight takers passed the said board exam that the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered in August 2019.

This feat maintains UPLB’s perfect passing rate record in the electrical engineering exam since 2010. PRC administers the said exam twice a year.

The national passing rate is 67.16%, with 3,285 passers out of 4,891 takers. (Mark Jayson E. Gloria, with information from www.prc.gov.ph)
